The office sends a lab order to a partner lab for a comprehensive blood panel, and once those results are back, Dr. Delozier goes through them with the patient alongside their symptoms and health history. What happens after that is built from that conversation. A gift card simply removes the cost question from the first step.

It suits the person who has mentioned being tired, run down, or not quite themselves, and who has never made the appointment. It suits a partner or a parent who would never spend the money on their own health. It also works for someone already being seen at the clinic, where it can go toward their membership and the bloodwork and physician oversight that come with it.
How it works
Choosing Buy a Gift Card opens the clinic's Boulevard gift card page in a new tab, where the purchase is completed. When the person receiving it is ready to begin, they can request a consultation or call the office, and the gift card is applied to their care.
